If you receive a product that is defective or does not meet our quality standards, customers located in California are eligible for a replacement. Through our approved return centers, qualifying customers can obtain a brand-new product for a redemption fee of one dollar.
Replacements are subject to availability, and all returns must be exchanged for a product from the same line. For example, Rosin Tech Green rosin may only be returned for a new Rosin Tech Green product.
